Full management service includes:
Tenant finding, tenancy agreement, property inspections, arranging and supervision of renovations and repairs, rent collection and accounting. Charges: 15%pcm.
Rent collection includes:
Tenant finding, tenancy agreement, rent collection and accounting. Charges: 10%pcm.
Let only:
Tenant finding, tenancy agreement 8% per annum.

| Marketing your property
On receiving your instruction for letting only, rent collection or for full management, we will immediately and actively market your property within our network of local/ international offices. In addition we keep regular contact with our extensive list of relocation agents and corporate clients, who provide us with a good supply of tenants.

Referencing
All prospective tenants from UK are subject to a comprehensive status inquiry via our referencing agent in UK.
Tenancy agreements
Prior to the commencement of the lettings we will discuss the most suitable tenancy agreement with you, in order to protect your rights of possession and an agreement will be prepared with this objective in mind. In the majority of cases, this will be an assured short hold tenancy.
Inventory
An inventory of household contents, combined with a schedule of the condition of your property, is highly recommended and we will, if requested, arrange its preparation.
